Refund and Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping at PrudentTycoon.com. We take pride in our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.
1. 14-Day Return Period
You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging with all tags and protective seals intact.
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Mandatory Shipping Method
To ensure the security and tracking of your return, all items must be shipped via PAXI or PUDO.
- PAXI: Drop your parcel at any PAXI point (located in PEP, Tekkie Town, or Shoe City stores).
- PUDO: Use any PUDO smart locker or PUDOpoint counter nationwide.
3. Proof of Delivery Requirement
Important: We are unable to process any refund for orders that do not arrive at our designated return agent’s office.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the parcel is correctly addressed and tracked.
- We strongly recommend keeping your PAXI Token or PUDO Tracking Number until your refund has been confirmed.
- PrudentTycoon.com cannot be held liable for parcels lost or damaged in transit before reaching our office.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive your item at our office, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- Timeline: You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
- Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, including:
- Personalised or custom-made goods.
- Perishable items.
- Intimate apparel or earrings (unless faulty).
How to Return Your Item (Step-by-Step Guide)
To ensure your return is processed quickly and your refund is secured, please follow these instructions carefully.
Step 1: Prepare and Seal Your Package
Your return must arrive at our office in its original condition.
- Secure Packaging: Place the item in its original product packaging first. Then, place it inside a sturdy shipping box or a high-quality courier satchel.
- Proper Sealing: Use strong packing tape to seal all edges of the parcel.
- Damage Liability: PrudentTycoon.com will not be held responsible for items damaged during transit due to poor packaging. If an item arrives broken or damaged because it was not properly padded or sealed, a refund will not be issued.
Step 2: Choose Your Return Method
Option A: Using PUDO (Locker-to-Locker)
- Go to the PUDO website or use the PUDO app.
- Select “Send a Parcel” and choose the appropriate locker size.
- Enter the PrudentTycoon.com return agent details (Contact us via WhatsApp for the specific locker location).
- Pay for your label and print it at home, or use the digital code at your nearest PUDO locker to drop off the parcel.
- Keep your tracking number!
Option B: Using PAXI (PEP-to-PEP)
- Visit your nearest PEP, Tekkie Town, or Shoe City store.
- Purchase a PAXI bag (small or large).
- Fill in our return agent’s details (Contact us via WhatsApp for our specific PAXI Store Code).
- Hand the parcel to the cashier and pay the shipping fee.
- Keep your PAXI Token receipt! We cannot track your return without this.
Important Safety Check
Final Reminder: Your refund is only triggered once the package is physically received and scanned at our return agent’s office. If the parcel is lost by the courier or never arrives at our location, no refund will be issued. Please ensure you use the correct tracking details provided by PAXI or PUDO.
Exchange Policy
We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. We do not offer exchanges for “change of mind” or incorrect size selection; for those instances, please refer to our standard 14-day return policy.
Eligibility for Exchange:
- Reporting Window: You must notify us of any damage within 24 hours of the package being scanned as “delivered” by PAXI or PUDO.
- Evidence Required: You must provide clear photographic or video evidence of the damage and the shipping packaging via WhatsApp or Email before an exchange is authorized.
- Condition: The item must be returned in the condition it was received, including all original packaging and tags.
The Exchange Process:
Shipping Costs: PrudentTycoon.com will cover the shipping cost of sending the replacement item to you once the damaged item is received and verified.
Once your exchange is authorized, you must ship the damaged item back to us via PAXI or PUDO following our [Packaging & Sealing Guidelines].
Liability Warning: The package must be properly sealed and packed to avoid further damage during the return transit. PrudentTycoon.com will not be held responsible for further damage caused by inadequate packaging. If the item arrives further degraded due to poor packing, the exchange may be voided.
Arrival Requirement: No replacement will be dispatched until the damaged unit has arrived and been inspected at our return agent’s office. If the package does not arrive at our office, no exchange will be processed.
